initial public offerings

Flotation on the public markets is sometimes the objective of young or fast growing companies.

It offers repeatable funding opportunities and the gaining of a diversified shareholder base. It can make a strategy of growth by acquisition more realistic and also enable founders to take at least some of their money off the table while allowing them to continue to develop the business.

There are many issues that need to be addressed as part of the flotation process in relation to the business, its prospects and the technical issues associated with the process.

Oasis is in a position to prepare both business and management for this exercise and advise on the selection of the range of advisers that are required both leading up to flotation and once the business is fully fledged in the public arena.

We have direct personal experience of floating companies, as a client, from the issuing house perspective and as an adviser to those considering this route.
